More about the area.

Prestbury is a quaint little village with several great pubs. Do try the gravity fed draught beer at The Plough in Mill Street. This really is a typical English pub.
The Kings Arms in High Street offers great value "Roast dinners" during the day and early evening.
The village has small local shops for newspapers, pharmaceuticals, hairdressing and essentials or you can shop at the big Sainsburys supermarket along the other end of Bouncers Lane. There is an award winning fish and chip shop called Simpsons near Sainsburys, definitely worth trying if you want authentic English fish and chips!!
The whole of Prestbury village has a reputation for being haunted! You are on the outskirts so don't worry!
Cleeve Hill offers great views across Cheltenham and the racecourse and worth a walk. The Rising Sun serves food and has a lovely garden where you can sit enjoying a drink watching the sunset. On a clear day you can see the Malverns and Black hills of Wales.
The racecourse has a small free to enter Hall of Fame you can visit if you are interested in jump racing and is an easy walk from the annexe.
The heated outdoor swimming pool at Sandford Park is now open so bring your swimwear !!
