Home
stay accommodation is where people offer their private
houses for Bed and Breakfast during busy periods in
Cheltenham, either because of the racing festivals
or other local events.
Each
property is inspected and assessed as offering simple,
comfortable or luxury style accommodation. All
properties are rented as non-smoking and have TV. Many
have internet access, Sky TV and off road parking.

All home stay guests are assured a warm welcome and a
hearty breakfast to set them up for the day. A key or a
place to find a key will be given to guests for late
returns. Guests are expected to enjoy themselves but are
asked to follow a few simple house rules for the
consideration of everyone in the property.
No drunken or unruly behaviour
No smoking
No extra guests back to the house, male or female!
