SC01 is a
self catering facility that sleeps up to 7 people. It is
situated Brockworth, which is 6m from Gloucester and a 20
minute drive from Cheltenham Racecourse.
SC01 is part of an area of
outstanding beauty and is fully equipped to modern day
standards.
The cottage has been
converted providing comfortable accommodation of a high
standard. Is is also one of a few places that welcome pets.
The property consists of a living/dining area,
kitchen/breakfast room, lobby, walk-in shower room with WC
and basin. Bedroom with king-size four-poster bed, ensuite
WC and basin, bedroom with king-size bed and single bed,
twin bedroom. Cot. Bathroom with WC and basin.
The house is centrally heated throughout and has heated
towel rails in bathrooms. You will find a colour Television
with Vhs and Dvd player in the living room. The kitchen has
an electric oven and hob, microwave, whilst the property
also contains a washing machine/dryer, fridge-freezer,
dishwasher, hair dryer, and a garden BBQ. We are also
pleased to offer parking for 3-4 cars. Bed linen, towels,
heating and electricity is included in rental. The property is
non smoking throughout.

The property
is priced per week from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10 am. The
rental includes heating and lighting, all bed linen and
towels for up to 7 people, the use of a cot (bring own
bedding please) and high chair is also available. Welcome
tray with tea, coffee and milk will also be supplied as well
as a starter pack for the BBQ.
