Bouncers Lane is situated near to the centre of Prestbury Village near its three Public Houses and village stores. Cheltenham Racecourse and Cleeve Hill, with its access to the Cotswold Way, are within a miles walking distance. Access to the centre of Cheltenham is made easier by a regular (approx 12min) bus service. A large Sainsbury's store is located nearby.
 
There is a shower room and a small kitchen area on the ground floor. The Kitchen area has a microwave, double electric ring, kettle, toaster and fridge. There is also a small seating and table area. Upstairs is an 'open plan' seating / twin bedded sleeping area. There is a hanging rail and chest of draws for storage.
A television / DVD player and heaters are provided.
Linen and some towels are also available.
